Returns
Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, your shed must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Any assembled, modified, or installed sheds are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Custom-built or personalized sheds made to your specifications.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Items damaged due to improper installation, weather exposure, or misuse.
- Gift cards.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@lawncuttools.shop. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number if applicable. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong shed model or size shipped). In such cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of return freight. For large shed items, our team will coordinate with our shipping partners to arrange pickup.
Inspection
Once your returned shed is received, our team will inspect it to verify its condition. We will notify you via email of the receipt and the approval or rejection of your return.
Refunds
Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
Refund Timing
Please allow 2 business days after return approval for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as they may take additional time to post the refund.
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lawncuttools.shop.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your shed for a different model, size, or color, you will need to return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in packaging and shipping our sheds to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective shed, please:
- Contact us immediately upon delivery.
- Provide detailed information about the damage, including clear photos of the damaged areas and the original packaging.
- Keep the original packaging and the damaged item as evidence for inspection.
Our team will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. We may coordinate with our shipping carriers to inspect the damage and process any claims.
