Total delivery time is usually 5 to 7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the selected carrier.

Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all shed orders shipped to addresses within the United States. No hidden fees or surcharges — what you see is what you pay.
Same-Day Dispatch & Tracking Policy
We understand that you want your shed as quickly as possible. That is why we have implemented a fast and efficient dispatch system:
- Order cut-off time: 19:00 PM (7:00 PM) Central Standard Time.
- If you place an order at or before 19:00 PM, your order is dispatched the same day, and your tracking number is provided to you the same day.
- If you place an order after 19:00 PM, it will be dispatched the next morning immediately when operations begin, and tracking information is provided that next morning.
This means: Order today → tracking today (if before 19:00) OR next morning tracking (if after 19:00).
Our goal is to get your shed on its way to you as quickly as possible so you can start benefiting from it sooner.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shed. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website using the information provided.
Address Accuracy
It is essential to ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Lawncuttools is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to address errors — including re-routing, reshipping, or address correction fees — will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Modifications and Cancellations
We understand that situations may arise where you need to modify or cancel your order. For such requests, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to assist you. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, modifications and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your shed is lost or damaged during transit, please get in touch with our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
For damaged items, please keep the original packaging and provide photos of the damage to help us process your claim quickly.
Delivery Acceptance
When your shed arrives, please inspect the packaging and the item itself before signing for delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. If you are unable to inspect the item upon delivery, please do so as soon as possible and notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receipt.
